Ray Wylie Hubbard will be inducted into the Oklahoma Music Hall of Fame and Museum on September 10, a milestone that will be celebrated during his performance at the Tower Theatre in Oklahoma City. Born in Soper, Oklahoma and long celebrated as a Texas Music legend, Hubbard is being recognized for his exemplary songwriting and influential contributions to American roots music. His album Reel 2 Reel 4 Real released last week.
 

Looking for a unique way to reveal the gender of your baby? Let Parker McCollum handle that for you. At a recent show, McCollum helped one of his fans find out whether they were expecting Boots or Bows. The fan’s sign stole the moment and so did the kid holding it, who was also named Parker. McCollum cracked open the envelope and delivered the verdict with a grin: "It’s a girl, let's go!"

William Clark Green just dropped his own Bogey Bros Golf shirt and it’s pure WCG. Green teamed up with Texas‑based Bogey Bros Golf Co for a custom design built around his iconic “Ringling Road” theme. Earlier this year he released “Drinkin’ and Drivin’,” a full‑blown golf anthem, so a signature golf shirt was basically destiny.

Aaron Watson has released a new song on streaming called "Camel Lights" from his forthcoming album The S.O.Bees: Volume One" available September 25th.
 

Flatland Cavalry will launch the 2027 San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo on February 11, with tickets on sale now.

Bri Bagwellhad some time off so she loaded up her little dog whiskey and her man Paul Eason and headed out west to New Mexico with stops at Rosa’s Cantina in El Paso, her old High School to catch a Volleyball game, see family and friends and a little place she calls Camp Bagwell.
 

Evan Felker, front man for the Turnpike Troubadours have joined Ketch Secor and the guys from Old Crow Medicine show for a new collaboration. “Revolution Now” is about loving this country enough to wrestle with where we are and wonder how we find our way home. Ketch said that Evan brought exactly the kind of honesty and urgency the song needed. Revolution Now is out now on all streaming platforms.
 

Congratulations to Tristan Roberson who just picked up Music Video Of the Year from the International Singer Songwriters Association for the video to his song “I Can’t Get Over You.” The awards were handed out last weekend in Atlanta, Georgia.
 

Sandee June had an awesome birthday on Aug 24th with tons of calls, texts, emails and Birthday wishes on social media and her husband ed surprised her with some clothes, a necklace and front row tickets, Red Carpet entrance and VIP Treatment for the CMA Awards in Nashville on Nov 18th.
 

A fight erupted mid‑crowd at Koe Wetzel’s D.C. concert, and Koe stepped in immediately, directing security to grab a young fan, get him out of harm’s way, and bring him up onstage.
 

Wade Bowen dropped “Burned In The Fire” on Friday to kick off the rollout for The Version of Me You Get, arriving September 25 and featuring his 37th No. 1, the multi‑week smash “Rain.” Bowen hits the Grand Ole Opry on September 23 before heading out with Koe Wetzel in October.
 

Tyce Delk and Brandon Rhyder will headline the inaugural Sand & Saddles Music Fest & Trail Ride in Cleburne, TX, September 17–20. Case Hardin has a new single on the charts, is still a newly wed, travels all over to play concerts and shows and still found time to get his real estate license. I wonder if I buy a house, farm, ranch or land from Case if he will throw in a free back yard concert?
 

Kevin Fowler fans showed up for a concert and instead got a near‑miss police chase. Mid‑song during “Ain’t Drinkin’ Anymore,” a possibly intoxicated fan jumped onstage, hit Fowler with a full “nanny‑boo-boo” gesture, and bolted the second police appeared. Fowler never missed a beat and just laughed and kept playing.
 

Wade Bowen posted a picture of a letter Dolly Parton sent him after she listened to “Once Upon A Christmas,” a song that Dolly wrote and Wade recorded. She complimented the vocals and production and thanked them for choosing to sing it. She said it is not her story but it is her song and ended with Maybe God will Bless Us All….Love, Dolly.
