Charley Crockett’s legacy at Billy Bob’s Texas just got carved in stone. After packing out two sold‑out nights at the world’s largest honky‑tonk, his handprints were set in cement on the venue’s Wall of Fame. More than 9,000 fans poured in over the weekend to see him, and Crockett capped it off by signing the backstage wall joining the long line of legendary artists who’ve left their mark on the iconic Fort Worth stage.
The Eli Young Band was part of the kick off of the 2026 Longhorn City Limits season on Sept. 5, with a free, game‑day kickoff show to the LBJ Lawn ahead of the Texas Longhorn football opener against Texas State with the Graham St. Clair Band joining them.
Flatland Cavalry and Josh Weathersare ringing in the New Year at Dickies Arena in Fort Worth. Weathers joins the Work of Heart Tour as an opener alongside The Castellows, making the night even bigger as he steps onto a stage he’s dreamed of playing for years.
Silverada gave their new album Living Proof a history‑making hometown launch, becoming the first band ever to perform on the Austin Motel rooftop. The band celebrated the launch by playing inside of Waterloo Records then a Rooftop show and wrapped up the weekend with an amazing show at Antone’s Nightclub.
The Wilder Bluejust released their new album Cinco and celebrated by playing a show in Houston. The band was also invited to play Tracy Byrd’s Birthday Party in December. Tracy Byrd, Red Dirt Proud’s JB Cloud and Midland frontman Mark Wystrach share birthdays on December 17th
Koe Wetzel is celebrating The Night Champion in true Koe fashion by giving fans a shot at winning a 60th Anniversary Edition 2026 Ford Bronco Outer Banks 4x4. As part of the giveaway, One Country is making a $10,000 donation to the Koe’s Kids Foundation, amplifying the album launch with a major boost for Wetzel’s charitable work
Koe Wetzel and the Round Rock Express minor league baseball team dropped an exclusive Koe Wetzel merch line inside their Railyard Team Store. The full collection went live online September 3. Fans that had tickets to the game got to buy in person the day prior.
Kacey Musgraves took over Madison Square Garden on September 1st, and she’s friends with her — Flatland Cavalry opened the show as part of this full‑blown, Texas Red Dirt celebration.
Bri Bagwell is super busy booking, traveling and playing show, working with sponsors, releasing exclusive pics, video and music to her patreon fans and interviewing artists, editing and uploading her Only Vans podcast and video series. She’s talked to almost everybody and coming up there are 2 artists she hasn’t talked to before. Wade Bowen is promoting his new album The Version of Me You Get hot and heavy. Wade is booking and playing tons of shows, releasing tracks to streaming channels and shooting and releasing videos to the songs and he has added exclusive album merch and a tour to go along with it. The new album is released on September 25th.
Olivia Harms had a fun year staying up in the Northwest, enjoying Newlywed life, working on new music, touring Norway with her Hall of Fame singing mother and for the month of September she will stay where it is cooler with shows in Oregon and Washington State. Check out her new video and song, Riding In The Sky which features Olivia riding thru a pasture on a horse. Most female artists would need a stunt double for this but not Olivia. She grew up roping, riding and working on a ranch.
A Big Thanks to American Hat Company in Bowie, Texas. American Hats sponsors many rodeos, contestants and artists across the country, even George Strait and this past March they were a big sponsor for the T3R Texas Radio & Music Awards. Each artist or even radio person that won that night got a certificate for a free 10X Felt Cowboy hat and they had many color options to choose from and even got the pick how they wanted creased and shaped.
